Exchanges & Refunds

We accept exchanges and returns on most new, unopened and unassembled items* within seven days of purchase for store credits.

The customer is responsible for bringing the item, including all original parts and packing materials, to our studio during working hours. Credit will be issued once the item has been checked and accepted in the studio.

Exceptions that apply:

  • Books, dyes, floor looms, products that require extensive assembly, or special order items.

  • Wooden products that have been finished by the customer or us (on purchase).

  • Any cut to order products (e.g fabric, Texsolv cords etc.).

  • Custom-made items.

  • Clearance items.
