Our first foray into a Mediacorp programme was when we signed up for a new series Thumbs Up! Senior 学长学姐好样的, where students from various local tertiary institutions would their skills and theories to test, assisting new entrepreneurs or business person in transforming their business. Through that experience, we got to know some really amazing scriptwriters, producers (at various levels) as well as camera, sound and lighting folks. One thing led to another, and we were given other opportunities later to be involved in various Mediacorp programmes.

We were approached in April 2020, during Singapore's Circuit Breaker period, to demonstrate how common household materials can be transformed into innovative craft creations. Mediacorp Channel 8 had created a series Get Fit With Me 健康那些事 to provide seniors with content that would help them stay physically healthy and mentally active while they stay home to reduce their exposure to COVID-19. For most of our demonstrations, not only had we chosen materials that were easily available in most households, we had also chosen to introduce crafting techniques and hacks using tools that are fairly common in most households. In this manner, audience that wished to follow along could do so without having to purchase additional materials and tools. Only in the concluding season (Season 9) did we introduce elements that may require additional purchases.

Senior 学长学姐好样的 and Get Fit With Me 健康那些事, we had the opportunity to be interview by LOVE 972 最爱频道 DJs Jian Wen 坚文 & Lina 丽娜 as well as Capital 958 城市频道 DJ Lingzhi 灵芝.
