World of Wool Dyed Mulberry Silk Pack 200g

Mulberry Silk is also known as Bombyx silk or Cultivated Silk. The best quality silk you can buy. It is produced from the silk worms of the Bombyx Mori Moth. Their diet consists of Mulberry leaves. Mulberry silk is produced in a controlled warm environment.

These fibres may be used alone or blended with other fibres to create unique blends. Fibres can be used for dyeing, spinning, weaving, paper making or needle felting.

The mixed bag measures 200g and contains 25g of each of colour - Mallard, Mediterranean, Sunset, Citrus, Crimson, Damson, Mint, Ruby. The dyes used are commercial acid dyes which conform with Oeko-Tex 100 quality system.
