Shipping policy
This Shipping Policy applies to goods purchased from Craft Atelier. Workshops, consultations, and other studio services are not shipped and are governed separately under Studio Policies.
1. Domestic Shipping (Singapore)
We ship to addresses within Singapore.
A flat-rate shipping fee of S$6 applies to domestic orders, excluding Sentosa and locations classified as restricted by major local carriers. If your address falls into a restricted zone, we will contact you to advise on additional fees or alternative arrangements.
Orders are typically packed and handed over to the courier within 1–3 working days. Delivery times vary depending on the carrier.
2. International Shipping
For orders outside Singapore, please contact us for a shipping quote. International shipping fees depend on the destination, item type, and parcel size. We will advise options and estimated timelines before invoicing.
3. Local Pick-Up (In-Studio Collection)
Customers may collect their orders directly from the studio at no additional cost. Local pick-up is treated as a shipping method at checkout.
Because Craft Atelier operates as a working studio by appointment, pick-up must be arranged in one of the following ways:
- by booking a Studio Visit, or
- by responding to our pick-up coordination message
We will confirm when your order is ready for collection.
4. Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items
Some items may be offered on a pre-order or made-to-order basis. Fulfilment timelines for such items vary and will be advised at the point of order. If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship them together or separately depending on the situation; we will contact you to confirm.
5. Delivery Issues
If your parcel is delayed, mis-delivered, or damaged in transit, please contact us. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue. While we pack goods securely for transit, delivery timelines and handling are ultimately subject to the carrier.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes imposed by their respective countries. We are unable to mark shipments as gifts or declare lower values.
7. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
8. Goods Not Covered by This Policy
This policy applies to the shipment of goods only.
Items such as:
- workshops
- consultations
- customised programmes
- studio services
are not shipped and are governed by Studio Policies.
9. Returns & Refunds for Goods
Returns and refunds for goods are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which outlines eligibility for defective items and exclusions for change-of-mind.
