Visit FAQs

  1. Why are visits by appointment?
Visits are scheduled so that the space can be prepared, the right equipment is made available, and one of us is present to host you. We do not operate as a drop-in space.
  2. Can I visit without an appointment?
Walk-ins are strongly discouraged as we may not be available to host or assist you. Please book an appointment so we can prepare for your visit.
  3. What if I need urgent assistance, can I just walk-in?

    • collecting online orders

If the discussion involves specificity, depth or problem-solving, then a consultation is the appropriate choice.
  7. Can I ask for advice during a Studio Visit?
Yes, if your questions are general or exploratory. For example
    • "What tools are used for tapestry weaving?"
    • "What yarns work well for this technique?"
